Congratulations on joining the company in autumn!
April 1st and October 1st are the two dates of the year when the AMATA’s Challenger (new graduates) recruitment starts, so we welcomed three new employees this Monday.
Our Challenger recruitment program is for not only new graduates, but also for those who are experienced in the industry or who are seeking for a career change. We tend to get tons of applications from people who want a career change during the autumn recruitment, but the three new employees for this year are all new graduates (graduated during the previous year). They have finally made their debut in the video game industry at AMATA.
The training session for autumn was the same as this year’s earlier spring recruitment (though we didn’t have the “AB KEN” this time, due to the fact that BeXide, Inc. doesn’t recruitment during autumn). We put them through intensive training of teaching them certain concepts and skills, so that they can fulfil their role as a member of the society, the industry, and as an employee of AMATA.
Actually, the person in charge of the training (myself) will be leaving the company shortly after the training. So naturally, I put a lot of effort into this training since these three new employees will be my last trainees. I feel confident about this training more than ever because these three were very fast learners. I’m looking forward to seeing them grow even more. Best of luck!
