もちろん、あまたの新卒採用もスタート。

その名も「Challenger採用」!
年齢の制限こそありますが(29歳まで)、通年募集や2回の入社月(4月・10月)。
しかも何度でも再 Challenge OK。
内定者全員がもらえる Challenger Passportという特典もあります。
「ゲーム業界で自分の夢をかなえたい」という新卒・既卒の学生の方も、「やっぱりゲームをつくりたい!」という転職者の方も、「ゲーム業界で働きたい!」という強い想いを持って挑戦する Challenger をアツく応援する制度です。

2019 “Challenger Recruitment” has commenced
The 2019 graduate recruitment has started, alongside with the opening of the recruitment website on March 1st.
And of course, this means that , AMATA’s recruiting campaigns have started as well.
However, our process is a little different from other companies.
It’s called: Challenger Recruitment!
Applications are accepted all year-round, with two available dates to start employment; in April and October.
You are free to apply as many times as you want, but it is only available to applicants up to the age of 29.
All candidates who have been offered for a position will receive a Challenger Passport.
Our system is catered towards anyone who dreams of working in the game industry. We offer strong support for those who have the ambition to create new games.
Anyone who has a strong desire work in the game industry, whether you are a fresh graduate or an experienced professional, is encouraged to take the challenge!
